ABSTRACT
The fetal lymphatic system begins to develop at the end of the 6th week of gestation, 2 weeks after the primordial cardiovascular system, and becomes functional through the lymphangiogenesis process [1]. The lymphatic capillaries are linked to each other and the lymphatic system is connected with the venous system.
