ABSTRACT
The competitive and fast growing field of wearable technology is competing with mobile phones by incorporating many devices into it with its great advantage of wearable nature. Except the display size, wearable technology is pioneering in addition of equipment into its styling designs before the mobile apps do it. Wearable devices have many platforms for developing their hardware and software. Even versatile services are available in developing wearables into the desired form. A major concern is the battery size and weight for the wearables. In order to support in that area, new arrivals in battery technology supports wearables by their size, shape and performance. The technology of rapid charging and self-powering by energy harvesting are the recent highlights of wearable devices.
