ABSTRACT
This chapter will provide the ability to understand human aspects, their effects on quality management in industry, and the benefits of them for the reader. They have been able to understand the concept of employees’ involvement in quality management practices, QC concepts, and the zero defects concept. After this chapter, the reader will be able to understand the concept of human aspects of the management of quality and the success of a business.
