ABSTRACT
Here a problem is defined as the negative subjective estimation of a faced real situation, in which many other subjects are involved with their own interests. The solution of the problem consists in the design of changes of the situation that will take into account the interests of targeted persons. There are three variants: priority of a single subject, priority of a certain group, and priority of each and every participant. This chapter discusses working details of all three possibilities.
