ABSTRACT
The environment friendly machine tools and operations are described in this chapter which tends to detect the source of hazards and minimize their effect on the operator, machine tool, and environment. In the domain of traditional machining, the hazard ranking of cutting fluids is adopted, MQL, and ecological machining, and their applications are presented. In this chapter, also the health hazards and related recommendations of non-traditional machining processes have been discussed.
