ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces the cross industry standard process for Artificial Intelligence both from business and from software engineering point of view. The Digital Transformation, the Digital Feedback Loop, the Insights Value Chain, and the New Product Introduction are covered from Business Users point of view. The Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), Lifecycle for Developing Learning System, Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM), Data Mining Compute Reference Architecture, Cloud to Edge Learning Systems are covered from data scientists, data engineers and data architects. Finally, the chapter concludes with explainable AI model—DARPA Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI). After reading the chapter, one should identify and answer key business imperatives to develop compelling AI strategy for the companies and organizations.
