ABSTRACT
In this introductory text, an overview of usability and related issues has been given. In the first three chapters, the concept of usability was introduced and defined and the basic principles of designing products for usability were given. Chapter 4 described how to incorporate usability issues into the design process, whilst Chapters 5 and 6 concentrated on usability evaluation.
