ABSTRACT
A number of species listed in this chapter were supplied by the Natural Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) of Golden, CO, to test for the effect of storage on biomass fuels. These samples were stored at NREL under controlled conditions where fresh samples were at first divided into two parts: One part was refrigerated and the other was stored at room temperature for half a year (26 weeks) to see the effect of storage.
