ABSTRACT
Eyes roll when the word "committee" is used in many manufacturing companies. Horror stories seem to be everywhere about the committee who designs camels, and all the other bureaucratic and ineffective results of committee actions. Most of them are true Hiding the name committee under a new title, task force, will change nothing. However, a task force properly constituted, organized, and utilized will make a significant contribution to the proper integration of a CAD/CAM system.
