ABSTRACT
Up to now, the emphasis has been on doing the work right. However, occasionally things do go astray after the design has been released for production. Some requirements may not be met, but all such nonconformances need to be controlled. In this chapter you will see that the control of nonconformances is similar in many ways to the control of changes, which were discussed in Chapter 5.
