ABSTRACT
Installation, operation and maintenance may seem far removed from the design of the product. However, improper use can negate much of the hard work that went into the design. Unfortunately, customer misuse of the product is often due to the manufacturer failing to instruct or caution the user adequately. Or, the manufacturer's information may be erroneous, incomplete or misleading.
