ABSTRACT
As we have seen in the preceding chapter, we need information about a number of subjects, in particular about the surface properties of liquid metals and liquid alloys, in order to have a deep understanding on the surface catalysis. Unfortunately, only pieces of information about surface properties of liquid metals are available in books already published [1-3], Thus, it is pertinent to review and integrate the principal research done thus far regarding the structures and properties of liquid metals and liquid alloys.
