For a general study of graded rings and modules, the reader is referred to the monographs [48] and [49] by C. Nâstâsescu and F. Van Oystaeyen. The major part of this book is restricted to the study of Z-graded rings; only in Sections I.2 and II.1 do we look at G-graded rings.
