ABSTRACT
The polymer blend method has been of particular interest where polymers with a specific molecular structure have migrated to the surface or the interface of the blend and have concentrated there. This method utilizes the microphase separation phenomena of graft polymers or block polymers blended in small amounts so that polar groups of the graft or block polymers are effectively concentrated on the surface or the interface of the blends.
