ABSTRACT
This instructional manual has been developed from various training programs conducted by Campbell Associates, Inc. to fill the need for a text that can be used in the 8-, 24-, or 40-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandated courses and in general training for hazardous waste site workers, first responders to emergency incidents, handlers of hazardous materials, and general employees working around potentially hazardous substances and situations. The purpose of the book is to present the information needed by these groups to adequately prepare them for most of the hazards that may occur.
