ABSTRACT
As stated at the beginning of this book, our purpose has been to present many broad topics of interest to responders and hazardous waste site workers. We have never expected that anyone would become an expert in this complex field simply from use of this volume, but we do hope that what you have learned and what you might find here will make you a safer and better worker.
