Food and drink for the Olympic gods, Amazing Ambrosia is a Greek version of fruit topped with an orange-flavored liqueur yogurt sauce, coconut or crushed macaroons, and cherries. Puddings take on a whole new taste with yogurt, such as Barbados Banana Pudding. Belgian Berries, in any combination, are enhanced when topped with a sauce of yogurt, honey, and cinnamon. Greek Apple Crisp can be served hot or cold. An elegant and unusual treat from Turkey is Turkish Strawberry-Pistachio Dessert, a yogurt base topped with fruit, nuts, and whipped cream.
