ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the author performs the implementation of the system elements, where the team realizes the system elements, meaning that the system elements are physically created or implemented. The system design is based upon the system requirements and the system elements are the physical instantiation of the system design. The system elements are integrated during the system implementation activities to form the sub-systems and system. The main body of implementation is making sure the elements operate or move in the right way. The elements are made up of four sub-systems. The policy change idea is the most important process in the whole system, it needs data collection and support and detailed discussion, and the formal policy change idea should pass the law through the commission. The purpose of the implementation strategy tool is to determine the requirements needed to get the system up and running, including fabrication and coding procedures, tools and equipment to be used.
