ABSTRACT
The last chapter presents the use of natural gas (NG) devices, which can be found on the markets as components of building subsystems. The main building systems operating with fuel gas in the buildings are classified to: Systems for thermal comfort control; Systems for control of indoor air quality (IAQ) and ventilation; Systems for visual comfort; System for food preparation and conservation; Hygiene maintenance systems. Special attention is paid on the applications of the new NG technological equipment, utilizing gas driven heat pumps, operating as an increasing thermal transformers and micro heat and power systems with fuel cells for NG.This reading material is illustrated with a series of 12 designer's solutions and digital examples of design practice.
