ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book was written in the period 2014–2017 and expanded in 2019 for lecturers in the introductory academic course “Gas Engineering Installations”. The course is part of the M.Sc. program of the Department of Civil Engineering at the European Polytechnic University in our country. The book is useful to students of all specialties at the worldwide University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy. It is also useful for students of the technical universities, studying thermal energy, heat transfer and related phenomena, intending to further qualify as designers of indoor gas installations. The book presents additional knowledge on the design of gas networks in specialized literature. It provides useful information for all regular and postgraduate students in architecture. The book addresses the structure and organization of various building systems, including the logistics of electricity, gas and water supply.
