ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with the systems engineer attribute of Expert/ESEP. The abstract begins with an overview of the ESEP requirements according to INCOSE. This is followed by related systems experience areas. The basic notion of this attribute is that it is equivalent to the ESEP features and one of the systems engineer attributes (they are taken to be the same).
