ABSTRACT
According to Merriam Webster’s Dictionary, “manipulation” has a couple of meanings. Of all the traits that comprise influence, in the author view, empathy is the most important one because it enables the people to understand the other person's motivation, raison d'etre, and rationale. Muffy and Ishkabiddle have been coworkers for years and enjoy lunch together several times a week. They alternate choosing the lunch restaurant. Effective influencers demonstrate the following behaviors: Broad-based appeal-This is the ability to understand and be understood by a diversified array of individuals. Most people want to acquire more benefits and results that are pleasurable (also known as carrots) and they want to avoid anything that could lead to loss, pain, or discomfort (also known as sticks). .
