ABSTRACT
You see, the focus for safety right up there with the mission statement of the organization. For some companies, it is one of the main jobs of supervisors. Maintenance and repair activity can be dangerous. One of the supervisor’s primary responsibilities is to keep their people safe by requiring safe work habits. This responsibility involves vigilance, skill, and knowledge of hazards. Safety requires understanding hazards, being safe, talking about safety, and interventions to correct safety issues.
