ABSTRACT
Supervision deals with a slice of real life. The supervisor will eventually face most of the problems of society within their crew and company. While your judgment might be questioned, each crisis you face will build your experience and (hopefully) confidence.
Supervisors face some real issues. Some items are fun and could be uplifting such as welcoming a new team member. Other things, such as termination, might be heart-wrenching. Supervisors might confront employees who are sick, substance abusers, thieves, liars, as well as marvelous people in the wrong job.
