Small autonomous projects for defect elimination, lean maintenance, or other improvement are an excellent method to both motivate your team and to improve the overall maintenance situation.
Projects are the smallest activities that work toward the realization of some of the bigger goals of the workgroup. Projects come in all sizes. In this discussion, we are limited to DE and smaller lean projects.
