Whatever you are worried about, it is not you; it is your culture!

At a new job, if you look around, all you see is culture. The culture is in the tools, housekeeping, how people talk to each other, what people complain about, it is all culture.

Regardless of how good your reliability strategy is, it is your organizational culture that will determine its performance. Culture comes from within, and it is “cultivated” by leaders who aim at engaging employees in delivering reliability and asset performance of the organization.
