ABSTRACT
This Chapter contains a short analysis of the published research on the structure and concentration of point defects (deviation from stoichiometry) in oxides Fe1-δO, Co1-δO and Mn1-δO, with particular stress put on the differences amongst them. The formation reactions of simple defects and defect complexes, and the equilibria among them, are also presented.
