Pseudoknot Prediction Techniques

This chapter introduces, categorizes and compares existing pseudoknot prediction models. These models are categorized into six categories. These categories are dynamic programming, comparative approach, heuristic approach, formal grammar, inverse folding, integer programming and inverse folding technique models. These techniques are discussed at length with pros and cons.
