ABSTRACT
Programming contracts from method statements, calculation sheets through to various types of charts are dealt with. Sequencing the work and deciding in what order should each activity be placed is explained. The development of Bar charts and critical path analysis are explained along with progress charts. Alterations to the contract and contract documents are shown. Calculations of plant and equipment are explained in detail along with material and labour calculations.
