ABSTRACT

One of the main tasks of video processing is the analysis of scenes created by two or more objects present in the visual area. There are two subtasks into which the process of scene analysis is divided. This chapter describes the processes for determining the basic parameters of the scene using the parameters of the cyclic functions of the area of intersection. Methods of optimizing the process of determining the shape of scene objects by dividing this process into two stages are considered. Variants of calculations of parameters of figures at a fast stage of comparison with application of additional indicators are described. The order of definition of basic parameters and forms of objects of a scene on application of methods and means of parallel shift technology is offered.
