ABSTRACT
Sorghum is a major cereal crop for food and feeds with high nutritional values. It is processed to produce a number of convective and nutritious traditional foods. In this chapter, sorghum’s background and importance (including its various industrial products) at the global level are presented and sorghum growing environments and sorghum production potentials are discussed.
