ABSTRACT

An active system can be considered as the model of an extended enterprise where the integrator organizes joint activity of constituent firms, offers them appropriate contracts and forms the entire “production cooperation” based on joint technology. The contract also plays a key role in the Enterprise Control Optimization Scheme. In situations of incomplete awareness, it is reasonable to separate the cases of symmetric and asymmetric awareness of the principal and the agent. In an additive probabilistic model of uncertainty, with contract reliability increasing, the principal’s minimum expenses to ensure the given cumulative output of agents’ activity are not decreasing. Dynamic multi-agent models playing key roles in the optimal solution to the Enterprise Control Problem are proposed and researched. Compensatory incentive systems, decomposing problems by active elements and periods, are designed for rather complicated models of organizations – hierarchical, multi-element, dynamic, active systems under uncertainty.
