ABSTRACT
In summary, the proposed ROV pilot training using a serious gaming approach enhances the current ROV training capability and workplace safety in an uncertain environment. It also reduces maintenance costs as compared to full commercial remotely operated vehicle (ROV) pilot training. However, there are some aspects, as mention previously, that need further research so that it can be implemented into the simulation to produce a better level of accuracy in terms of physics and psychological fidelity.
