ABSTRACT
If the reasons for any delay of a Project Milestone or Critical Activity can be traced to both Owner and Contractor, such delay is named as a concurrent delay. Contractor has no entitlement for the time extension to the portion of the period in which concurrency is present, and therefore, Contractor needs to remove such portion from the total time period for which he claims time extension.
