ABSTRACT

A Monthly Schedule Report and a Monthly Status Report are made; S-curves, tables, and bar charts are made to provide illustrations thereof. A list of procedures called the Progress Measurement System (PMS) is given.

Scheduling is done in Prima Vera. There are four stages of Schedule widely practiced: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4. During the execution phase, the Level 3 Schedule is developed from Level 2. Level 3 when approved by the Owner is called a Detailed Baseline Schedule. Level 3 is updated monthly on a particular cut-off date agreed in the Contract or Procedure thereof, indicating the remaining duration, start and finish date for Baseline, and Forecast for each activity. During the execution phase, for an EPC Contractor, Level 3 is predominantly applicable, while for the Subcontractor, Level 4 is applicable. Level 3 is populated with activities, while Level 4 is populated with quantities and is developed from Level 3. Levels 1 and 2 are generally included in the Contract as Baseline Schedules.
