ABSTRACT

Under the management, this chapter shows the Level 3 deliverables/tasks and explains about Contractor’s main management centers, steering committee and its functions, and Contractor’s Project Organization at various levels with reference to the Project Organization Chart provided in Appendix 1.

Under the Control and Administration, it tells about cost control, planning and progress control, and document control and reporting functions. A detailed description including the strategies involved for the preparation of Level 3 and 90-day starter schedule (the deliverables under planning and progress control) is provided.

The tasks to be accomplished under Level 3 under quality management and third-party approvals are addressed.

Contractor needs to procure various insurances at the beginning of the project and maintain them until completion of the project. Hence, these tasks are shown under Level 3.
