ABSTRACT
Progress is reported weekly and monthly to the Owner. Progress measurement is as per the procedure called PMS, which reflects a detailed WBS across all disciplines as stated in the previous chapter under Planning. For Engineering, the measurement is computed from the planned man-hours for each deliverable/task at various stages of its progress, for Procurement, the measurement is made based on the completion of activities that are weighted and hence it differs from Engineering, and for Construction, the measurement is based on quantities such as cubic meter of concrete and tons of steel structures reflected from Level 4.
