ABSTRACT

HSE Management and Organization prepares HSE plan, HSE organization chart, and a few important procedures from Head office. Site-based HSE department prepares procedures required under Level 3. HSE organization is responsible for the management of HSE activities except Vendor shops. HSE incidents (loss time) occurring in Vendor shops are not part of Project HSE performance.

Site security department is established at Site, and it prepares the procedures for this function. Security department monitors the employment and mobilization of manpower, for which it provides identity cards upon completion of safety orientation. Security department prevents theft and outsider intrusions into the Site.
