ABSTRACT

Part 2 examines what can happen when all the principles and practices identified in Part 1 must be implemented in the real world. Part 2 focuses on a single project, using aspects and activities related to that project to illustrate situations that either emphasize the principles from Part 1 or demonstrate the need to deviate from them. The Prolog describes the structure of Part 2 and provides background information about the primary project discussed in the remainder of the book.
