ABSTRACT
In this chapter we see DASLER grow from a small cadre of users to a broader audience. It also expands beyond its original Corps of Engineers base to other organizations. The growth is not always smooth, and there are some notable encounters with difficulties. Most obstacles are overcome but not all.
