ABSTRACT

This chapter presents the methods and tools for incentive modelling for project knowledge management. It examines the kind of educational system that can be used as a model of the project learning process aimed at the active behaviour of students in the project development of not only knowledge but also acquiring of competencies. An incentive problem is considered for a particular learning situation, when we are dealing with special didactic material for particular participants of the learning process. A variety of motives determining the behaviour of the organisational system and the need to ensure its competitiveness on long time intervals leads to the necessity of forecasting the dependence of its final results of selected methods of motivation. This, in turn, leads to the need to develop and use appropriate models by which it would be possible to experiment with a selected incentive mechanism for a particular organisational system.
