ABSTRACT
Operation is managing operational activities performed by equipment, machinery, systems, and related resources to achieve required product(s) by efficiently maintaining the plant. This chapter discusses operation management flowchart and concept of total quality management in operation and maintenance. It also discusses how to manage operation and management quality.
