Topology of the Real Numbers

Here we introduce the terminology of the topology of the real numbers and basic ideas that will be used later such as compactness and connectedness. Important results such as the Heine-Borel theorem are proven, as well as characterizations of points such as boundary point, limit point, interior point, etc. are introduced.
