ABSTRACT

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco And Firearms reported that from 1990—1994, 306 people were killed and more than 3,400 were injured as a result of explosives incidents. Total reported property damage exceeded $1.1 billion. Bombing and the threat of being bombed are realities that exist in today’s world. Today, corporations and other organization must face the prospect that this type of violence could occur at their facilities.
