ABSTRACT
A successful construction project will include testing. The facility manager wants to hold the construction contractor responsible for testing since the contractor is installing the pipe and equipment. In addition, the facility will often conduct its own tests after maintenance work has been completed. Field testing ensures that the installed system operates as designed and intended.
