ABSTRACT

Early on in my career, I took on the challenge of project management, first as an ad-hoc (incidental) PM, then becoming more polished as I took on bigger and more involved ventures. Every project I completed was a stepping stone to the next, where I applied the knowledge I acquired and the lessons I learned from my prior undertakings. In the prior 10 chapters, I talked about several projects that I undertook in my career, briefly outlining some of the concerns I had, sharing a cursory understanding of my early approaches to managing them and citing things that I learned for and from doing.
