ABSTRACT
This chapter contains a case of a major burn, where candidates are expected to discuss the immediate assessment and management, and subsequently anaesthesia for a patient that has had a major burn. The second case is a patient undergoing free flap surgery that has an anaphylactic reaction to blue dye.
