ABSTRACT
This chapter explores several topics to include innovation, better idea stories from the likes of Netflix, IBM, Xerox, Apple, Facebook, Google, Oracle, SAS, FedEx, Industry and the DoD, Microsoft, Coke, and an acronym for the person with a better idea.
