ABSTRACT

Developing a North Star JEDI strategy for creating an inclusive and equitable organization beginning with building board and C-suite support. Investors require environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy and risk disclosures as part of their investment analysis. Improving access to capital for underserved groups is crucial to driving systemic change. To build a an organization which prioritizes justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), leadership leverages the JEDI Maturity Continuum to guide their ideation, creation, and implementation of their North Star JEDI strategy development and implementation. Key to the transformation is board and C-suite engagement and effective assessment of organizational readiness.
