ABSTRACT

The commissioning (Cx) team consists of various stakeholders during the construction process. The best approach for commissioning provider depends on the complexity, type and size of the project. In larger or technically more challenging projects, where a high quality of commissioning is required, the third party commissioning authority is recommended. Third party commissioning provider is nominated to coach the rest of the team to implement all commissioning activities well. Cx provider together with the client and the designer have reviewed the system operation and done a walk-through audit in the building. The Logbook should include the data like date, who identified the issue, what is the issue, initial recommendation to solve the issue, probable benefits to owner if solved, steps taken towards resolving the issue, when to be resolved, status at the moment, who to resolve who to supervise (person & organization), closed date and signature, and date and signature of who confirmed to be resolved.
